This project involves removing, disposing, and replacing concrete pavement at the Johnson County Transportation Center. The work includes providing all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any other items necessary to complete the work. Bidders must submit their bids electronically and include a bid bond from a surety company licensed in Kansas for five percent (5.0%) of the total bid amount, payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days from the bid opening. Representation at a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required for General Contractors/Prime Contractors in order to be eligible to submit a bid. Technical questions and requests for clarification must be submitted through the designated system by the specified deadline.
