Demolition for an industrial development in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 26,000-square-foot industrial development.
Assiniboine College is planning a redevelopment of the former Heavy-Duty Shop at the Victoria Avenue East Campus in Brandon, MB. While design is being undertaken for this redevelopment, the College intends to proceed with selective demolition to make ready for the renovations. The scope of this tender relates to the demolition of the 8 inch thick concrete floor slab (approximately 26,000 square feet) including trench drains, sediment pits, housekeeping pads, and other miscellaneous embedded metals used for structural reinforcement. This scope of work will also include the demolition of a small, suspended concrete mezzanine supported by CMU.
