The Project includes the following Work: The Cottonwood Wastewater Compliance Project is broken into Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III. These bidding documents are for the construction of Phase II. Phase II construction includes: 89 Million gallons of HDPE lined storage reservoirs, a buried concrete disinfection basin approximately 45' x 25' in plan view and associated 24' x 20' wood frame control building, and an irrigation pump station. The pump station houses three pumps and motors sized at 200 HP, 75 HP and 20 HP with a spare (on the shelf pump for each) in an associated 40' x 40' wood frame structure. Construction includes associated piping, access roads, electrical, and controls. Est. Value Notes: $12-$13.25 Million All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
