**As of December 11, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The recoating project for the City of Cottonwood’s Tank No. 1 involves maintenance of a 500,000-gallon water storage tank 60 feet in diameter and 25 feet in height. The scope of work includes removing sediment from the tank after it has been drained by the city, preparing or removing the existing coating, and applying a new protective coating system. Additionally, the project encompasses lead abatement and disinfection of the tank. Bids are requested for a Contract under EJCDC® C 520, Agreement between Owner and Contractor for Construction Contract (Stipulated Price). Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
