The Project includes the following Work: The Cottonwood Wastewater Compliance Project is broken into Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III. These bidding documents are for Phase I of the construction. Phase I construction includes: Irrigation system with 4 pivots, about 6,490 linear feet of pressure irrigation line with creek crossing, valves, electrical control center, and programming. The work will also include starting and testing of the irrigation system. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner. This project is subject to the wage provisions of federal Davis-Bacon and related acts.
