Reference Number NB-PSJ-2026-01 Decommission existing high mast lighting and Substation 2. Supply and install two new high mast light towers including foundations, poles, fixtures, lighting controls, and associated electrical and communications infrastructure. Construct concrete encased duct banks and a new electrical manhole, rework Shed 3 connections, and complete reinstatement. Maintain port operations and security compliance throughout. Security deposit or bid bond must be provided in accordance with the terms of the Specifications. Port Saint John does not bind itself to accept any proposal.
