Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Fairplay, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Reference Number 0000415302 Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Facilities department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified contractors to remove and replace a Reznor model 350 RTU at the Park County Sheriff Office located at 1180 Co Rd 16, Fairplay, CO 80440. This removal and installation will require crane work. Notice to proceed (NTP) to be issued no later than 20 days after award. Work to begin within 30 days of NTP, unless otherwise agreed upon. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions related to this IFB must be through online. Bids will not be considered which are received after bid response time stated. All submitted bids shall be on the attached Bid Forms. Park County reserves the right to waive any technical or formal errors or omissions and to reject any or all bids, or accept any presented which meet or exceed the specifications which are deemed to be in the best interest of Park County, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid. The County also reserves the right to waive formalities or informalities contained in said bid, and to negotiate any optional items with the successful bidder.
