Site work for a water / sewer project in Crystal Springs, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Written sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of all labor and materials and for performing all activities specified in the contract documents for the construction of the Liberty Street Sewer Repair. The scope includes replacement of the existing failing sewer line on Liberty Street by either dig and replace or pipe bursting methods. The contract time is forty-five consecutive calendar days with liquidated damages of $250 per day thereafter. Bids will be accepted only from bidders to whom contract documents and addenda, if any, have been issued by the engineer. Non-resident bidders must include a copy of their state's current law regarding treatment of non-resident contractors with their bid or it will be rejected. The City of Crystal Springs reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids.
