Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Cambridge, Vermont. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The Town of Cambridge is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish two residential structures as part of a Vermont Emergency Management buyout program. More information, including the RFP and bid packet, is available on the Town website. Contractors will provide their competitive bid to demolish and/or remove all improvements, abandon septic systems, abandon water wells, remove and dispose of hazardous materials, and return the project site to the smooth graded, stabilized condition that is in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, policies, plans, and regulations. All aspects of site preparation, demolition, site work, and disposal of materials must be conducted in compliance with federal, state and local statute, rules and regulations. Requirements for obtaining permits, and all costs associated with permitting must be included with the bid form. Any consideration of salvage must be reflected in the final bid.
