Sealed bids are sought for the Pressure Relief Valve Replacement at Lakeside State Park, Town of Carlton, Orleans County, New York. The work includes the replacement of PRV valves, piping, and appurtenances. The Plumbing Contract has an estimated range of $67,755.00 to $91,668.00, and each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of $4,000.00, in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond. The two lowest bidders must send original hardcopy bid bonds via certified mail within 48 hours of receiving the bid summary. The project completion date is 45 days after the agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) participation goals are set at 15% each. Bids must be prepared and submitted according to the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must include a signed gender-based violence in the workplace certification, and contractors must register with the Bureau of Public Work and Prevailing Wage Enforcement prior to bidding.
