Sealed Bids will be received from Contractors for the "Storage Hangar Replacement" project. All bids must be mailed or delivered in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project name and the contractor's name and address. Only mailed or delivered bids will be accepted, no faxed or emailed bids. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held in the Terminal Building, and attendance by an appropriate Contractor representative is required to be eligible to submit a bid. Bids must include all required forms and a bid security deposit of 5 percent of the bid amount. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. Bidders may withdraw their bid only by written request prior to the opening. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the bid opening without the owner's consent. All disadvantaged business enterprises must be given full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on grounds of race, color, or national origin. Designer will then address questions in a written Addendum. No changes are binding unless in writing. Minutes from Pre-Bid Meeting dated March 12, 2026 are hereby made a part of the Contract Documents.
