As of January 08, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded before February. The project consists of constructing approximately 20 linear feet of 12-inch PVC water line; 650 linear feet of 10-inch PVC water line; 2,160 linear feet of 6-inch PVC water line; 720 linear feet of 6-inch Ductile Iron water line; 40 linear feet of 4-inch PVC water line; 100 linear feet of 2-inch PVC water line; 900 linear feet of 1-inch PE service line; 440 linear feet of 3/4-inch PE service line; conventional boring; and other related appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon payment of a non-refundable deposit for each set. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Plans purchased by one party and bid by another party will not be accepted. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Item No. 11-147.00 Q/A:- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
