Provide design and construction services for waterfront and marine mega-projects under a Multiple Award Construction Contract supporting the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program, including design-build and design-bid-build efforts. Work primarily involves construction of a new Multi-Mission Dry Dock within the existing Dry Dock 3 footprint at Naval Base Kitsap Bremerton, including dry dock drainage, dewatering and flooding systems, caisson fabrication and installation, roadways and rail networks, portal crane tracks, access and egress features, mechanical, electrical and communication systems, support buildings, utility routing tunnels, and associated demolition of existing facilities and utilities. Efforts also include dredging, construction of cofferdams, upland shoring and ground improvements, excavation, pressure relief systems, quay walls, pump wells, installation of utilities and infrastructure, fabrication and installation of fendering systems, paving, crane rail installation, testing and commissioning, and procurement and installation of process equipment.
