Site work and paving for a road / highway in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The intention of this project, as outlined in the Project Manual and Specifications provided by the County's engineer, is to improve the pavement on Arnot Road from I-40 E. Frontage Road to approx. 2,350 ft. to the south. Potter County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, and may make exceptions to the bid specifications, or waive formalities in its interest. Multi-year contracts are subject to appropriation for the fiscal year. A 5% bid bond must accompany proposal submittal. A Performance and Payment Bond of 100% of total project will be submitted by awarded vendor within 10 days after award of proposal by Potter County Commissioners Court. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who provides the most responsive proposal to Potter County based on the evaluation factors set forth in this request for proposal. Payment will be made 30 days after receipt of invoice upon satisfactory receipt of items and services.
