Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Amarillo, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and all work necessary to remove the existing 60-ton condenser unit at Building 46 and furnish and install a new 60-ton condenser unit in accordance with the Statement of Work and project specifications. Work includes disconnecting and disposing of the existing unit, installing the replacement condenser, completing all required mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant connections, and ensuring the HVAC system is restored to efficient, fully functional operation.
