Renovation of a mixed-use development in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to replace a 60 Ton Condenser Unit at B46. This replacement is necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the HVAC system and maintain optimal conditions in accordance with the Statement of Work and the specifications. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: (c) Between $100,000 and $250,000. RFI's due by April 17, 2026 at 1:00 pm CDT. RFI's shall be submitted to miguel.gonzalez4@va.gov. RFI responses shall be published as an amendment to the solicitation by the close of business, April 22, 2026. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
