Site work and paving for a road / highway in Beech Mountain, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and road / highway.
The project consists of road repairs and slope reconstruction at two sites, Buckeye Creek Road and Charter Hills Road, including the following elements: soil nail retaining walls, micropile grade beams, specialized horizontal drainage, cast-in-place reinforced concrete with simulated stone form liner finish, gravity block walls, storm drainage, road reconstruction, and asphalt paving. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the designated project web link. Prospective bidders are urged to email the Engineer to register as a plan holder, even if bidding documents are obtained from another source. Only documents from the designated link are official. Bidders must be licensed general contractors with Highway classification in North Carolina. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders. Town of Beech Mountain Reserves the Unqualified Rightto Reject Any and All Proposals. Bidders Must Be a Licensed Gc With Highway Classification in the State of North Carolina.
