The scope of work is to furnish corrugated metal pipe and related products that meet the 2012 MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction. Culverts must be fabricated in 20-foot lengths with 2 2/3" x " corrugations, a galvanized finish, and all ends re-rolled. All culverts 24" and larger must have a tolerance of plus or minus 1" from the normal size. Bands for 12" through 18" culverts must be at least 11" wide, and bands for 24" and larger culverts must be at least 21" wide, with all bands fully corrugated. Bidders are also required to provide pricing for Zero Quantity Items. The specified products and quantities are to be delivered to the Caro Garage. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted in plainly marked, sealed envelopes. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. Bidders may also propose alternate products and include a price list for review by the Road Commission.
