Bids will be accepted in the filed-sub categories of HVAC/mechanical and Plumbing. Project consists of but not limited to: Installation of generators at eight sites for powering community rooms, replacement of and installation of new automatic transfer switches, mechanical improvements at selected sites, extension of gas service, and site work and improvements to suit the new work. Work will be in occupied spaces. Bids will be accepted for a contractor in Electrical as the prime contractor. Filed Sub-bids and General Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit which shall not be less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount, and made payable to the Brockton Housing Authority. The Brockton Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
