Site work and renovation of a residential development in Brockton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Bids will be accepted in the filed-sub categories of HVAC/mechanical and Plumbing. Project consists of but not limited to: Installation of generators at eight sites for powering community rooms, replacement of and installation of new automatic transfer switches, mechanical improvements at selected sites, extension of gas service, and site work and improvements to suit the new work. Work will be in occupied spaces. Bids will be accepted for a contractor in Electrical as the prime contractor. Filed Sub-bids and General Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit which shall not be less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount, and made payable to the Brockton Housing Authority. Question Deadline 03/16/2026 at 8:00 AM ET All final questions will be due in writing. The Brockton Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period as stated in the supplemental conditions, after approval of the award by the Brockton Housing Authority without written consent of the Brockton Housing Authority. The Brockton Housing Authority, the awarding authority, reserves the right to reject all bids if it is deemed in the public interest. Doc Notes: Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available for pickup on the beginning of the business day on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at online (may be viewed electronically and hardcopy requested). Contract Documents will be available for viewing at Nashoba Blue, Hudson, MA office and/or the Brockton Housing Authority.
