Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The contractor shall remove the existing heat exchanger from the Patterson Kelley C-1050LNX boiler at FCI Englewood, supply a new Patterson Kelley or equal heat exchanger, install the replacement unit, and complete all work necessary to restore the boiler to full operational functionality. All equipment furnished must meet or exceed the performance characteristics of the existing system, and any proposed "equal" product must include full technical specifications for Government review and approval. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, hardware, and equipment required to perform removal, installation, system testing, and restoration in accordance with the Statement of Work. This amendment establishes deadlines for NCIC background check submissions, schedules the site visit, and extends the quotation due date, without altering the scope of work.
