*As of May 20, 2026 no bids received for this project and will put it out for bid at a later date.* The project involves the full rehabilitation of an existing wastewater treatment facility along with electrical and gravity pipe point repairs. Bidders must use the bidding forms included in the contract/bidding specifications. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and scope, and furnish a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 1234 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid bond may be in the form of a bid guarantee, letter of credit for 100% of the project, or certified check from a solvent bank or cash in the amount of 10% of the total bid submitted. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide such surety. Checks should be made payable to the Benjamin Logan Local School District. Bid guarantees or bid bonds will be returned to all unsuccessful bidders. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 and Governor's Executive Orders is required. The Benjamin Logan Local School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids. The School District also reserves the right to reject the bids of any bidder if not in the School District's best interest.
