The project consists of reworking the rear play-yard site work at Robert H Down Elementary School, including but not limited to: concrete pavement and AC replacement/repaving, exterior stairs and railing replacement, new slope walkways, fencing and gates, sports play equipment and game striping, trash enclosure, and ball wall. The successful bidder must furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum.
