Site work and paving for a civil project in Friendswood, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the replacement of a four-lane curb-and-gutter concrete roadway along Blackhawk Boulevard from FM 2351 to approximately 500 feet south of Pennystone Way and Thursa Lane to FM 528. This includes pavement, drainage (24" - 42" RCP and 5'x3' RCB), and 12" PVC water line at locations that is not PVC. The project also includes installation of a 24" transmission water main from FM 2351 to Edenvale Street. Offerors are responsible for downloading all required documents, plans, specifications, proposal forms, and addenda for submitting a proposal. Each proposal must be accompanied by the following: Competitive Sealed Proposal Form, relevant project experience within the past five years, proposed project approach, company organization chart including those working directly on this project, demonstrated ability to meet the project schedule, list of subcontractors and their qualifications and previous work experience, quality assurance and safety record, current project workload, certificate of insurance, Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295), statement of conflicts of interest, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire Form, and Government Verification Form. No proposal may be withdrawn or terminated for a period of ninety days subsequent to the proposal opening date without the consent of the City of Friendswood.
