Renovation of an educational facility in Dickson, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
You are invited to submit qualifications to be considered for inclusion on a list of prequalified General Contractors for the phased re-roofing of Dickson County High School. Only contractors approved through this process will be eligible to submit bids for construction of the project. Construction will occur in multiple phases, scheduled primarily during summer and non-instructional periods to minimize disruption to school operations. Construction bids from approved contractors will be lump sum. Pre-qualification Requirements: Responding firms must be licensed as General Contractors in the State of Tennessee in accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated 62-1-101 et seq., with license classification and monetary limits sufficient for the project. Minority-owned and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all qualification submissions. Comments Deadline March 20, 2026 All questions regarding scope and RFP requirements shall be directed to Lane Lyle, lanelyle@lylecookmartin.com. (931) 624-8717 and after receipt of documents, questions will follow a prescriptive schedule and methods outlined in the RFP.
