Renovation of a medical facility in Dickson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 855-square-foot medical facility.
Provide and install over the existing roof of the Dickson County Health Department Building: flute insulation, 1 1/2 inch Polyiso, 1 1/2 inch wood Nailor (2x4 treated), 60 mil white TPO membrane roof system to be mechanically installed, metal drip edge, TPO pie boots on gas vents, 7 inch metal box gutters, and 4x5 corrugated metal downspouts. Paint existing pipes. Provide disposal of all excess material. Provide minimum 20-year material warranty and 5-year workmanship warranty. The area of the roof is estimated at 95 squares. All bidders must be licensed contractors and ensure work is compliant with all applicable laws. Each bidder shall provide proof of commercial liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000, workers compensation insurance, and vehicle liability insurance. Envelopes containing proposals must be sealed, addressed appropriately, and include contractor's name, address, license information, and date and time of bid opening. Bids must remain open for acceptance or rejection for ninety days after the opening date. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
