Renovation of a fire / police facility in Dickson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Scope of work generally includes removal and replacement of gutter, fascia, and downspout as well as other miscellaneous damage repairs. All bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations. No bid will be opened unless the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid provides the following information: the contractor's name, address, and license number; the date of the license expiration; and a quotation of that part of the license classification applicable to the bid. Each bidder must deposit with their bid a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid for sixty (60) days following the bid opening. Bid submittals must meet all requirements set forth in the bid documents and TCA Codes. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability. The City of Dickson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in a bid, to make awards to more than one bidder, to accept any part of or all of a bid, or to accept that bid or bids which in the judgement of the governing authority is in the best interest of the City of Dickson.QUESTIONS OR CLARIFICATIONS RELATED TO THIS BID MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING BY JUNE 19TH .
