Brooke Charter School Anticipates Awarding a Construction Manager at-risk Contract on or About 4/24/2026. The Cm Will Participate in the Filed Sub Trade Prequalification Review Process and Will Manage the Proposal Phase of the Project. All questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted via email only to Rudy Barajas, OPM at Rudy.Barajas@STVInc.com The proposed project consists of the construction of a new 3,495 SF, 3-story, cross-laminated timber frame addition with a 7-stop elevator and resource rooms. It also includes 3,120 SF of renovation to the existing building and 38,415 SF of site improvements. The proposed project will provide critical improvements to accessibility and space utilization through the creation of a new addition that includes a new elevator, new resource spaces, as well as renovated classrooms, and full accessibility upgrades in the existing building. Subcontractors shall use best efforts to utilize Minority and Women owned Businesses, certified in the state of Massachusetts to achieve minimum goals of 4.2% MBE and 8.8% WBE of the total contract value with W/MBE firms per the contract documents. Subcontractors shall submit documentation and use best efforts to meet or exceed these goals.
