As of April 30, 2026, a shortlist for this RFQ has been made available, but information regarding a selected construction manager has not. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The construction cost is currently estimated by Massport at approximately $30,000,000.00 (Thirty Million Dollars). The Massachusetts Port Authority is soliciting Construction Management at Risk Services for upgrades to high-impact passenger spaces across Logan Airport, including renovation of 10 high-traffic restroom sets and three Kidport play areas in Terminals A and B. The improvements focus on durable materials, contemporary design, universal accessibility, standardized wayfinding, efficient maintenance layouts, and targeted system upgrades such as plumbing, lighting, and ventilation enhancements, all coordinated to minimize operational disruption. The program also includes a full modernization of the historic Our Lady of the Airways Chapel, upgrading building systems, finishes, accessibility, and layout within its existing footprint to better serve passengers and employees. The program aims to prioritize domestic sourcing, improved passenger experience, modernized amenities, inclusive access, reduced lifecycle costs, and a cohesive airport environment.
