Renovation of an educational facility in Martinsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for Meeting Room Renovations at The Career Academy, which include a new HVAC system, ceiling, and lighting to serve the meeting space. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond regardless of amount and must bind their bid for 30 days. Contractor registration in accordance with Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia is required. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis of the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any informality in the bidding procedures. Instructions for obtaining the Invitation for Bid, including drawings and specifications necessary for bidding, are provided for access through RRMM Architects. The project is generally described as installation of new equipment.
