Construction of a water line extension. WORK DESCRIPTION - The Hillcrest Park Water Line Replacement Phase I Project includes construction of the following general items which are detailed more specifically in these specifications and the project plans: Base Bid: Replacement of existing water mains with approximately 2,369 LF of new 6" line and appurtenances, reconnection of existing services, and related work. PROJECT FUNDING AGENCIES - The Hillcrest Park Water Line Replacement - Phase I is funded entirely by the Henry County Public Service Authority. There are no outside funding agencies involved in this project. EJCDC Standard General Conditions are being utilized for this contract. The Contractor's attention is directed to the EJCDC Standard General Conditions and Provisions included in this document. The Contractor shall be subject to all requirements of the Conditions and shall be thoroughly familiar with all such provisions. Question Deadline 07/17/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
