Description

Install acrylic shower base pans and tile walls, along with grab bars and a curtain rod. Replace the grab bar inside the shower area with a one-piece angled grab bar. Install new tiles in the shower area. Install a new shower valve and new shower head with adjustable bar properly anchored. Provide a new vanity including sink, backsplash tiles, and faucet. Install a new LED light fixture over the sink. Install new flooring with 5-inch coved and rubber transition strip or welded seams under doors. Provide a new comfort seating toilet. Repair drywall when necessary. Install a new ceiling exhaust fan. Provide new accessories including stainless steel grab bars (ensure to anchor properly), toilet paper holder to match existing model, towel holder, and shower curtain rod with weighted shower curtain.
