The Bemidji Housing and Redevelopment Authority is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide professional design and construction administration services for a plumbing stack replacement and bathroom rehabilitation project at a public housing development in Bemidji, Minnesota. The project includes replacement of plumbing stacks, removal and replacement of step-in shower basins and surrounds, associated plumbing, wall, and finish restoration, potential tenant relocation coordination, and compliance with all applicable HUD and POHP funding requirements. Firms must demonstrate experience with multi-family housing rehabilitation, occupied renovation projects, federally funded public housing projects, and compliance with HUD procurement and construction standards. Selection will be conducted in accordance with the Bemidji HRA Procurement Policy and applicable federal regulations under 2 CFR Part 200.
