All hot/warm asphalt mix materials must meet the Wisconsin Department of Transportation current specifications as described in the "State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction." Separate proposed prices are to show the price per ton for asphalt materials to include oil, aggregate, mixing and loading into Dunn County trucks. Separate pricing for mix designs should include: (Binder 3LT58-28/34S Warm/Hot), (Surface 4LT58-28/34S Warm/Hot). Proposals shall list pricing with the proposed cost per ton for all locations of plants within and adjacent to Dunn County for the 2026 construction season. All proposals shall be guaranteed throughout the year 2026. Proposed materials may be used on Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) projects. This request for proposals is to satisfy all bidding requirements associated with LRIP, inclusive of CHI, CHID, CHIS, TRI, TRID, TRIS, MSI, MSID, MSIS. The Dunn County Highway Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive irregularities in any proposal and to accept any proposal or parts of various proposals which will best serve the interest of Dunn County.
