Bids must be submitted to the Dunn County Highway Department Highway Office, 3303 Highway 12 East, Menomonie, WI 54751, by Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 1:00 pm CT. Bidding documents and specifications can be found at the Dunn County Highway website. Dunn County reserves the right to terminate the selection process at any time and reject any or all offers. The County shall not be liable for any pre-contract costs incurred by interested firms participating in the selection process, nor any errors in delivery past due date in which proposals will not be considered. All materials must conform to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard specifications for Highway and Structure Construction. Proposals shall include costs FOB your refinery and FOB any point within Dunn County, and application costs to apply bituminous oils for sealcoating process, quoted in price per gallon for materials and application costs. Proposals shall be for furnishing bituminous oils for the entire 2026 construction season, including Cationic emulsified asphalt, CRS-2 & CRS-2P & CSSH1-DIL. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "2026 Bituminous Oils & Application." Dunn County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal or portions thereof that is deemed to be in the best interest of Dunn County.
