Sources sought notice for onsite maintenance and repair services for Liebert systems, CLC cooling units, and Building 16 cooling units at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. Work includes full management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and reporting necessary to maintain all listed cooling units in accordance with manufacturer specifications, recommended guidelines, and applicable regulations. Services include quarterly and semiannual preventative maintenance, on-site remedial repairs, inspections, testing, adjustments, replacement of parts as needed, and maintaining all units at required performance levels. The contractor shall provide a designated point of contact, maintain an adequate inventory and delivery system for OEM parts, and ensure a four-hour response time for service calls, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Technicians must be fully trained and properly certified, and all work must comply with OSHA, ASHRAE, VA directives, NFPA, and IMC standards. Service reports summarizing actions taken, deficiencies, and recommendations must be provided within three business days after each visit. Preventative maintenance and service visits must be performed during normal business hours except for emergencies. The performance period includes a 12-month base year with four 12-month option years. Location: James J.
