Part 1 consists of Sawmill Dr, Sawmill Ct, Southdale Blvd, Topaz Trl, Gemwae Dr in their entirety, and portions of Wae Trl (Terre Hill Dr to Corriedale Dr), Diamond Way (Topaz Tr to Gemwae Dr), Greenbriar Dr (Sawmill Dr to Gemwae Dr), and Bayview Dr (Topaz Tr to Delbert St). Part 2 consists of Portal Dr and Maplewood Dr. Sealed proposals will be received for the 2026 City of Cortland Asphalt Improvements. Plans, specifications, and bidding forms can be obtained for a non-refundable fee. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Bond or certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit as guarantee, and must contain the full name and address of the bidder and all interested parties. The successful bidder must conform to the Prevailing Wage Act and sign a non-collusion affidavit and a statement concerning Personal Property Taxes. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any informalities, and the award will be made to the 'lowest and best bidder.'
