Kennewick School District, KSD - ECEAP Parking Lot Addition, Kennewick, WA. Bids are invited on a lump-sum basis and will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities. No bids can be withdrawn for 30 days after the bid opening without written consent from the Owner. All bidders must have a current Washington State contractor's license. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid. Failure to sign a contract or provide required 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will result in forfeiture of the surety. The project is subject to the Benton County prevailing wage rate requirements. Minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunities to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, handicap, or national origin. QA date - 3-27-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the A/E in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda and posted on the FTP site, access instructions are in Advertisement to Bid. Questions received less than 4 days (96 hours) prior to the opening of Bids will not be answered *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
