Renovation of a swimming pool in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The work requires furnishing labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace the existing steel stairs at three levels at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Bids shall be based on a stipulated sum, and segregated bids will not be accepted. All proposals must include the cost of all state and local sales and use taxes. Contractors must have proper licensing under state laws for their trade, obtain all necessary permits and fees, and install all work per state and local codes and regulations. Payment will be made at ninety-five percent of monthly estimates with final payment upon completion and acceptance of the work. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for ninety days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
