Renovation of a civil project in Lubbock, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Owner is requesting proposals for construction on the McMillan Dam Rehabilitation Project. The scope of work includes miscellaneous repairs of McMillan Dam such as repairing a bridge column on the service spillway bridge, clearing and grubbing of existing upstream and downstream slopes, flattening the downstream slope with compacted fill to achieve a 3H:1V slope including a stability berm, supplementing rock riprap on the upstream slope, hydro-mulching both slopes, installing a rock mulch cover on the downstream slope for erosion protection, installing an internal drainage system to mitigate downstream slope seepage, miscellaneous vegetation removal at the existing service spillway, and repairing and resurfacing the existing chip seal crest road. Miscellaneous alternate or extra work items include repairing or decommissioning inoperable low-flow outlet works, additional haul effort of borrow materials, and installing a rock mulch cover on the upstream slope for erosion protection.
