Bituminous surfacing work is required for the following roads: Girl Scout Road from Cannelton City Limits to Sugar Maple Road (1.68 miles), Silverpoint Road from Sugarmaple Road to Girl Scout Road (2.41 miles), Sybil Road from Silverpoint Road to Dead End (0.31 miles), Sheena Road from Silverpoint Road to Dead End at culvert (0.35 miles), Swallow Road from Scout Road to Dead End (0.40 miles), and Shiloh Road from State Road 37 to Dead End (0.96 miles). Bids must be accompanied by a $1,000 Bid Bond as proof of financial responsibility. All bids must comply with specifications and instructions, and must be submitted on one bid form for the total project. No bid can be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days from the bid opening date.
