Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ajax, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 34,067-square-foot, three-story above grade, 50-unit multi-residential development; and office development.
Construction of a supportive housing apartment building with space for on-site staff and wraparound services at the northeast corner of Harwood and Achilles. TIMELINE: Plans are conceptual. The project requires site plan approval from the town. Construction is expected to start in late 2027. Further update in winter, 2026/2027. The Harwood Achilles site, located in downtown Ajax, is another planned partnership initiative that will help address the need for affordable housing. Currently in the predevelopment stage, this site aims to provide mixed affordable and market rental housing for residents. This project will require site plan approval from the Town and could commence by late 2027.
