Quotations are requested for interior and exterior window washing services at multiple locations: Kent County 63rd District Court, Kent County Courthouse, 82 Ionia Building, and Human Services Complex. The contract is for three years with two additional one-year optional renewals. Exterior glass must be cleaned during May and October, preferably in the first two weeks of those months. Kent County Facilities Supervisor must receive confirmation at least two weeks before the start date, or an alternate source may be sought. All interior glass and frames, including sills and door panels, are to be cleaned on the same schedule as the exterior. The cleaning schedules are: 63rd District Court - exterior and interior areas, including public areas and private offices, during normal business hours; Courthouse - exterior and interior public areas during normal business hours and private offices after 5PM; 82 Ionia - exterior and interior areas on a Saturday.
