Project Scope: Competitive Sealed Proposal for demolition and replacement of approximately 10,300 linear feet of 8-foot-tall 1 black vinyl mini mesh chain link perimeter fencing, including installation of cantilever, slide, and swing gates, serving the NRG Park campus perimeter. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 Questions, clarifications, and requests for additional information regarding the Proposal Documents must be submitted in writing, via email, to Jacob Frazelle at HCSCCprocurement@nrgpark.com no later than the date and time indicated at the top of page 1 of this document. All questions will be answered by written addendum and provided to all Proposers Fannin Street, 610 Feeder Road, and Kirby Drive Astrodome and is home to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo ("Rodeo") and the NFL's Houston Texans ("Texans"). HCSCC will contract with a contractor meeting the requirements for performance of the work described in this Competitive Sealed Proposal. SCOPE OF WORK KIRBY DRIVE: Demo approx. 3,300 LF; install 3,300 LF of 8' tall black vinyl coated mini mesh fence; install 3 new 30' cantilever gates; replace 20 swing gates. 610 FEEDER ROAD: Demo approx. 2,800 LF; install 2,800 LF fence; install 2 new 30' cantilever gates; install 1 new 43' double swing gate. FANNIN STREET: Demo approx. 4,200 LF; install 4,200 LF fence; install 1 new 16' slide gate; install 1 new 12' double swing gate; replace entry gates 1-4. Total Estimated Linear Footage: 10,300 LF The work within the construction documents to be performed on the schedule noted above. Insurance requirements are included. MANDATORY SUBMITTALS o Proposal Bid Form providing cost of labor, materials and equipment and all other items needed to complete the work (must use supplied bid form). o Evidence of Proposer Qualifications as described in the CSP o Proposed Schedule o Completed MWBE/HUB Documents (regardless of MWBE participation amount) o Insurance Forms required by Harris County o Bond Information required by Harris County o Harris County Contractors Safety Record Policy and Questionnaire o Harris County Tax Residence Certification o Harris County Wage Rate Requirements Any submit
