The City of Pico Rivera is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide design engineering services for the HSIP Cycle 12 Pedestrian School Crossings Project, CIP No. 50127, HSIPL-5351(048). Required services include preliminary engineering, surveying, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E), and construction support services. Bidders must submit all required response documents, including Appendix A: Scope of Services, Appendix B: Sample Professional Services Agreement, Appendix C: Non-Collusion Affidavit, Appendix D: Federal and State LAPM Forms, and Appendix E: HSIP Cycle 12 Application.
