Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pico Rivera, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and playground / park / athletic field.

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents consist of the Contract, the Notice Inviting Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Proposal (including documentation accompanying the Bid Proposal and any post-Bid Proposal documentation submitted before the Notice of Award), the Bonds, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, General Provisions, Special Provisions, Plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, Reference Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders, and Supplemental Agreements. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. Bids must include: Completed and Signed Bid Schedule (cover sheet page B-1), Contractor's Statement and References, Subcontractor Designation Form, Addenda Acknowledgement Form, Bid Bond or Other Security Form, Noncollusion Declaration Form, and evidence of the capacity of the person(s) signing the Bid. Department of Industrial Relations Contractor Registration Number is required. Bid Bond is 10%, Payment Bond 100%, and Performance Bond 100%. Seventy (70) Working Days (Both Sites Simultaneously) Response Types Line Items Type of Award Lump Sum Each Bidder shall possess either a valid Class "B" Contractor's license issued by the California State Contractors License Board. The City reserves the right to reject any Bid or all Bids, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid or in the bidding, as deemed by the City in its best interest. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
