Huston Township is currently accepting bids for seal coating 9004 SY (T-816 .27 mi, T-818 .03 mi, T-820 .13 mi, T-337 .53 mi) The Certificate of Compliance must be completed and delivered to the municipality for each days shipment. If designated as the successful bidder, the contractor will begin work on the date specified in the notice to proceed or as otherwise provided in the special requirements, and will complete work by September 1,2026 If all work is not completed by the deadline, liquidated damages may be applied at a rate of $975.00 per day for each calander day after the deadlline. Accompanying this proposal is a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% made payable to the municipality as a proposal gurantee which, it is understood, will be forfeited in case the contractor fails to comply with the requirements of the proposal. Contractor's CDL Program Statement of Compliance must be completed and submitted with Bid.
