**As of March 23rd 2026, the project was awarded to HK Contractors, Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,757,391.24** The work requires the contractor to furnish all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to seal coat asphalt concrete pavement on major and minor streets, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. Bidders must obtain the official bidding documents from the specified locations to be placed on the Plan Holders List. Bids received from bidders not on the official Plan Holders List will be deemed non-responsive. Bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. Bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract according to their proposal. The City of Idaho Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive nonmaterial irregularities, and accept the proposal most advantageous to the City. The lowest responsive bid will be determined based on the bid package, and the bidder's qualifications and performance record may be investigated upon request. Questions deadline: 03/09/2026
