Sealed proposals are requested for the roof replacements at Lincoln High School, Technical Careers High School, and VoTech Building as specified in the bid documents. Bid proposals must be made on the provided forms, sealed, and endorsed as 'ROOF REPLACEMENTS 2026.' A certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond of at least five percent of the bid amount made payable to the Owner is required with each bid. This will be forfeited if the bidder fails to enter into contract or provide the required Performance Bond within ten days of award. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference. Bidders must have a Public Works Contractor’s License issued by the State of Idaho. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to select the bid considered in the best interest of the School District. Bids cannot be withdrawn after the bid opening or before contract award unless the award is delayed more than thirty days.
