Contractor shall provide services to remove outdated lighting, lighting controls, and switches in building TAN-675 and install new lighting control systems along with associated hardware and software. Work includes integration of the new systems with existing electrical infrastructure and building automation systems; ensuring compliance with DOE, NFPA, and all applicable energy-efficiency standards; and performing testing and commissioning to confirm proper operation and performance. All work performed within the 890-square-mile INL Site is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and the INL Site Stabilization Agreement. Location: Idaho National Laboratory - TAN-675 Site address: 2525 Fremont Ave, Idaho Falls, ID 83415 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
