IDNR is seeking a Vendor to resurface a portion of the Great River Trail alongside the Thomson-Fulton Sand Prairie Nature Preserve Area, Whiteside County. Please refer to the Contract and Attachments for further details. The Parties to this contract are the State of Illinois acting through the undersigned Agency (collectively the State) and the Vendor. This contract, consisting of the signature page and numbered sections listed below and any attachments referenced in this contract, constitute the entire contract between the Parties concerning the subject matter of the contract, and in signing the contract, the Vendor affirms that the Certifications and Financial Disclosures and Conflicts of Interest attached hereto are true and accurate as of the date of the Vendor's execution of the contract. This contract supersedes all prior proposals, contracts and understandings between the Parties concerning the subject matter of the contract. This contract can be signed in multiple counterparts upon agreement of the Parties. 1. SCOPE OF WORK 1.1. OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) requires the resurfacing of a portion of the Great River Trail located alongside the Thomson-Fulton Sand Prairie Nature Preserve Area in Whiteside County. The purpose is to provide a safe trail system that serves the public. 1.2. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: 1.2.1. Vendor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to complete the project. Refer to Attachment 1 - Project Plans for full project requirements. 1.2.2. Vendor shall perform work including but not limited to HMA patching, HMA leveling course (various locations), HMA resurfacing of the existing trail, and installation of bollards and stone boulders. Length of resurfacing is approximately 1 mile.
